Shah Ahmed has been actively involved in the service industry since 2018, following the completion of his Business degree from York University in Toronto, Ontario.

He currently serves as a third-generation Director at Shah & Associates, one of Asia’s leading global immigration firms specializing in global mobility and residency through investment programs in Canada. Under his leadership, the firm continues to expand its services across Bangladesh, helping clients access international opportunities through expert immigration and investment solutions.

In addition, Shah oversees Southeast International, a sister concern focused on providing HR and manpower outsourcing solutions. The company facilitates overseas employment for both skilled and unskilled Bangladeshi workers, particularly in Eastern Europe.

Beyond his family enterprises, Shah is also an entrepreneur in the technology sector. He has founded a tech startup centered on a classified marketplace for vehicles, invested in digital asset management ventures, and most recently co-founded BrightBench Technologies, an HR and recruitment solutions company connecting Southeast Asian talent with North American employers.

Having lived and operated in both Canada and Bangladesh, Shah brings a unique global perspective. He believes the connection and growth potential between the two nations are limitless.
